Our patented drop boxes are designed to discharge the wastewater along the interior wall of the lift station. This discharge direction causes the wastewater to flow in a circular direction. The circular flow moves the solids, reducing their tendency to float and collect on the water surface.

The circular flow greatly lowers the buildup of heavy solids and grease on the walls, reduces H2S, minimize corrosion, and eliminate the need for chemicals. Which saves your company a considerable amount of time and money in the cleaning and maintenance of your lift stations and manholes.

What kind of warranty comes with your Drop Boxes?

Once purchased you will receive the Drop Box assembly and a kit that contains detailed installation instructions and the following parts: the stainless steel Drop Box and 90 degree elbow, stainless steel support brackets, rubber pipe couplings (if required), and all necessary mounting fasteners.
What is included once a Drop Boxes is purchased?

Installation of the drop boxes would require you to either use your own staff and equipment, or utilize one of your contractors to handle the installation. With detailed instructions to assist with the installation. We also recommend following OSHA Confined Space Entry procedure for proper safety of the workers. 
How are Drop Boxes installed into my lift stations?

You will begin to see results within just a few days. Depending upon the condition of the lift station, the heavy solids and grease buildup around the wall be disappear within a few weeks.

Our drop boxes are constructed out of heavy gauge T316 stainless steel. We choose stainless steel due to its superior corrosion resistance.
What is the Drop Box constructed out of?

Our Drop Boxes significantly reduce the problem of pump cavitation. By design, our Drop Boxes discharge the wastewater along the interior wall of the lift station. This eliminates water turbulence normally created by the wastewater being dumped directly into the lift station. This in turn will save you thousands of dollars in impeller replacements.
